Enabling Microsoft 365 Users to Sign Up for Redpen with Their Company Domain Email Address
You can sign up with Redpen using your Microsoft account. Use your personal @outlook.com or @hotmail.com email address to sign up.
What if you want to sign up with your company’s Microsoft 365 account with a personalized email domain?
In order to sign up with the Redpen app with your company’s email domain, the Redpen application must have been granted organization-wide admin consent.
The below screenshot shows what a user will see when he/she tries to sign up for Redpen with the company’s Microsoft 365 account but without having admin consent to the Redpen application:

There 2 ways to grant admin consent:
While signing up for Redpen
From Azure Active Directory admin center
While signing up for Redpen
Click on the “Continue with Microsoft” button from the Redpen sign-up screen
Admin sees the following screen at the time of signing up to Redpen.
Grant admin consent on behalf of the organization
Check the “Consent on behalf of your organization” checkbox and click on the “Accept” button to grant the admin consent.
Now the Redpen application has the content so organization users can sign up with their company’s email.
Note: Admin should first sign up with Redpen using Microsoft 365 account to see the Redpen app under Enterprise applications in Azure Active Directory admin center.
Click on Enterprise Applications from the left navigation
Search “Redpen” and then click on the Redpen application to open the application details
Click on the Permissions
Click the “Grant admin consent for <organization name>” button
Click on the “Accept” button from the Permission requested dialog.
Click on the “Accept” button from the Permission requested dialog.
